Does that mean you get seperate Birthday and Christmas gifts or do you get them combined?

My grandmother's birthday is close to christmas so we celebrate hers on christmas day. We somethimes go somewhere nice for dinner, sometimes have the whole family over (like a potluck) and share a cake.
