Favorite books+Favorite movies
on: February 16, 2004, 06:13:09 AM
What are your favorite books?  A couple of my favorites would be Don Quixote, the Rubiyat, and Treasure Island.

What are your favorite movies?  Several of my favorites are Lawrence of Arabia, The Bridge on the River Kwai, Patton, and The Untouchables.

You're really in to biographies!  I wish I could enjoy them more - I did read one of Brahms that was interesting.
My favorite books would have to be
The Lord of the Rings
Pickwick Papers - the best for unwinding after a long day!
Our Mutual Friend (Dickens)
Pride and Prejudice
The list could go on and on, but those are at the top.

For movies, again "Our Mutual Friend" is pretty high up there, also
Henry V
Pride and Prejudice (again)
Jane Eyre (good book too)

As I've said before, I am an anglophile - and a girl ;)

I was joking. She said "I'm an anglophile - and a girl," to which I did not know how to respond.

Favourite books?
Well at this moment I read 'The picture of Dorian Gray' from Osacar Wilde. And I really love it!

Favourite movies?
Well, I haven't. But I'm fond of horror movies, especially Japanese ones. BTW, I also like anime and manga.
( off-topic: I do like games also :P)
