Chopin Mazurkas

Hi, I'm looking to play for a sad and beautiful Chopin Mazurka.
Anyone recommend of any?

I'm learning op 17 no 4. It is very wistful (at least, so far

the mood may change as I get past page 1)

i dont know about sad but i like the F Major (dont know which opus it is) think its no. 5 from "cinq mazurkas".

i've just learned op.17 no.2 as well and it was a great piece to learn. nothing technically difficult in there (except perhaps the little 3-note ornaments in the right hand) but there's plenty in there to think about and keep tweaking. the op.17 no.4 is also great- it's a little longer and has some faster passagework so it might not be the easiest one to start with. plus it's more commonly played (i'd hesitate to say overplayed however). anyway, i'd go with the op.17 no.2 personally.
