Am I banned?
on: February 11, 2007, 03:35:17 PM
I got banned on the chat becasue my friend took over my account. Now I can't get on pianostreet if I use my laptop, becasue apparently I'm banned, yet I can use pianostreet on my IT department Pc's. I'm very confused. I'm also just testing this post to see if actually works or not. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

There were two separate issues:

1. You (or your friend using the account "franzliszt2") were temporarily banned from the chat because of a minor incident. The ban has expired and you are welcome to use Piano Street again.

2. Your friend (using another username) was later permanently banned from both chat and forum because of a very serious incident in the chat.

If the second incident was done from your laptop you will not be able to access Piano Street from your laptop's IP anymore, no matter which username you login as.
