Selecting expression problem?

 :)Hi,  i am a student who had been learned piano for many years.
   However,I do have so expression problem List's  La Champanella.
   The ostia part i just cann't understand how to play.
   Besides that, I do needed some important guide to learn this
   skillful piece.( My OPINION )
   Any SUGGESTION i really appreciate.
