Dear Kimba:
Playing "everything" is a very relative thing. I think that i'ts a destructive aim, because I can tell you that you would probably never be able to play anything you want with the same quality (it's very likely that some works you will never play). It's about someone's aptitude and discretion, and humbleness for that matter.
So, let me ask you some questions to set our boundaries:
- first, and foremost, what do you really want to play? Give some examples of music that you would really love to play, despite how ridiculous difficult they are;
- second, what do you play at the moment, and what works did you play in this four years? I don't mean a complete list, just some highlights to give the notion of your progress.
With those answers, it will be easier to give some help. By the way, four years of hard practice, with a good teacher (assuming that it is the case of yours), is a remarkable time span of piano playing. Of course, there is a very long path to follow, but this path is what matters. At least, I believe very badly that the end of the road is of so little importance compared to the way until there. (Sorry for this slightly out of focus digression
)
Best wishes!

Dear Kimba:
Excuse me, but this goal is almost non-sense. If you already play 6 preludes and fugues of Bach's WTC (inlcuding the mighty number 20, from book 1) I think your work at Bach is progressing very well. The question is: what about the other composers? If you played five (!) Clementi sonatinas, you couldn't say "only", because it's almost more that human mind can bear (
). The same goes to Czerny: opus 740 in your fourth year is a very good measure.
Have you never played Chopin, Debussy, Bartok, Mozart, Schumann, Brahms, etc etc etc?
By the way, with all the respect I can give to your teacher, playing the whole WTC is a goal of a lifetime. There are very few pianists that did or do that properly. Furthermore, Bach is not only about fugal writing.
If you want some serious opinion, look for another composers to play and construct an well-rounded repertory, ranging from Renaissance to 20/21st century music. That's the way to become a good player. Think that one (or two) WTC per year is a good measure by now: use your time to play and to know more music.
Please, notice that I have nothing against Bach or the WTC. Normally, I encourage people to play it, but enough is enough.

Dear Kimba:
It is better to play a few pieces very well than many pieces badly.
