yes.  i confess.  i love cheese.  is there a cheesaholics anonymous?  i love basically every kind.  especially melted provalone on onion soup.  thick globs of it.  i love fondue.  i love cheese and crackers.  i love cheese balls.  the only thing i cannot eat is cheeze whiz.  got sick on it at college.

cheese is the best food ever invented. I love all kinds, except provolone, it makes me gag lol. im eating wheat things with squeeze cheese right now.

I'm quite picky about cheese, none of this nasty mass-produced nonsense... I always find the cheeses from the smaller dairies tend to be so much better, both in terms of quality and flavour. Wensleydale from the Hawes Creamery, for instance.
