Just so you know, Ligeti died less than a year ago, so you're most likely not going to get his concerto here.

Kabalevsky, Lutoslawski, and Krenek also all died within the last 20 years.

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. Copyrighted
4. Copyrighted
5. Copyrighted
6. Copyrighted
7. Copyrighted
8. Yes
9. Copyrighted
10. In my scanning pile

Due to costs, time factors and profiteering, i no longer share my own concerto scans and those of others who have expressed a wish that i not do so.

Therefore, out of your list i can only post the Kalkbrenner.

Incidentally, how to create PDF from scanned pages? I have images of the individual pages  - should I just paste them in PowerPoint and print to PDF? There must be an easier way?
