Neue Bach Ausgabe - URTEXT
on: March 13, 2007, 06:56:55 AM
I'm assuming this is driving headlong into a copyright pile-up, but has anyone scanned the entire Neue Bach Ausgabe (The new complete Bach urtext)? I'm sick of the old Gesellschaft editions, where it's assumed the player can jump into any obscure clef at any given time and how can one approach any sort of historically-informed approach with material edited in part by Franz Liszt - not exactly a Leonhardt or Koopman?

Does anyone else here think the opening of Liszt's 'Orage' (AdP - Suisse No.5) sounds like the Gymnopedie from Hell?
