second obsure request of the day!
on: March 16, 2007, 10:46:56 AM
Anyone have the dots for the shishido toccata?? I heard - I think Kotaro Fukama play this in recital a couple of years ago and would again really like to get to grips with its construction.  Also if anyone knows the Eshpay toccata that would also be welcomed.

Eshpay is a russian dude..written a couple of concerto's think he may be still alive or at least a close relative of his. Friend of mine played to them some time ago.

Shishido is japanese...may well be still active...tends to write virtuosic piano music...sorta coming out of the russian school. Its hard to find info on him

Poems of Ecstasy – Scriabin’s Complete Piano Works Now on Piano Street

The great early 20th-century composer Alexander Scriabin left us 74 published opuses, and several unpublished manuscripts, mainly from his teenage years – when he would never go to bed without first putting a copy of Chopin’s music under his pillow. All of these scores (220 pieces in total) can now be found on Piano Street’s Scriabin page. Read more
