play at a wedding
on: March 30, 2007, 06:09:16 PM
hey,
I have to play at a wedding, and i have to play when the couple enters the church
Anyone suggestions about what I can play?
It can be classical, or modern, just something that fits
thank you

How about "Another one bites the dust" or perhaps "What kind of fool am I".
Hope this helps.

You can look up wedding books -- online or at the library. Printed scores (then you might already be set) or audio recordings.
Then you have a list of appropriate pieces.

the obvious choice would be 'ave maria' - if you haven't got a singer, the Liszt transcription.

Never look at the trombones. You'll only encourage them.
