The great Composers--Which editions
on: April 12, 2007, 05:04:19 PM
Is there a list of reliable editions for the major composers? I sent a student out for Mozart Sonatas and he came back with the Dover edition. Which I hate because there is no fingering! Gee--a small matter!!! Arghh. I blame myself. I love Tovey for Beethoven. . . But at leasst tell me what you think for Mozart please. . .
