After reading posts down the page a bit, i think i have come to the conclusion that:

my step dad, shorty short, thinks he can hear wedding bells in my near future, and
R n B doesn't know cos he thinks i might be ugly. Right, stuff the pair of you.

And why is it now that no one but R n B wants to meet me. Even my own step dad didn't put me. So this is the thanks i get for the sh*t i have put up with at home from you Shorty, well fine.

p.s. all of the above was written in anger, but now, i have realised that i was joking. I love you shorty, and wedding bells only come in near future with Jake, the boy i fancy at boarding school, and R n B, if you think i am ugly, too bad, cos i have one heck of a personality. Just shows you that only my family and FRIENDS shall see it. Ha ha, stuff you. I always knew that boys never grew up. So Thal, you are the only one i want to meet. Every one else wants to meet m1469 and others. Well good for you. Bye bye losers.
I daresay that there'll be some professional out there who could help you sort out your problems; I sincerely hope that you consult one and that they do so, for your sake.

I'd want to meet:

Thalberg** (A very amiable and knowledgeable person- you really should get to know him.)
Ibty (Give the kid some real friendship.  He's not that bad a guy.)
Ahinton (An interesting and approachable man.)
Op10No2 (My best friend suffers from Asperger's Syndrome as well.  I'd be glad to meet you... as long as you don't try to show me pr0n or summat :p.)
Phil13*- Always up for a discussion
e60m5*- Like phil.  A great pianist and a good person.
Pianistimo*- I think so... maybe not sure :p.
FL*- Always up for a Liszt discussion :p
RDS*- An admirable amateur, always ready for intelligent, informed discussion
CMG- Good Guy
Thalbergmad- a bit eccentric, but always hooks me up with rare scores; and I appreciate that.
Xardas
Thrac (Who shall nevah return :()
Da MT Sun
rnb
etudes
Nicco
Jre*
Moz
TDS (Who seems to have taken thermodynamics, if I read his name correctly)
Debussy Symbolism
Jre (Whose musical aesthetic is so different it has forced me to rethink my own.  PS I downloaded Shoenberg's survivor from Warsaw from your server.  What a chilling piece!)

But I'll put a * by the names of people who have been particularly nice to me- and I really appreciate those people.  Don't feel bad if I forgot you or didn't star you.

I want you all to know that it made my day when I say my name on a Liszt 8).

Thanks.

P.S. Does anynoe here live in Indiana?  We could meet up sometime.

i missed it too.  thracozaag cannot leave.

dnephi, i'm confused.  indiana?  mesopotamia?  i watch too much pbs - so i got all excited - and then i thought - 'wait - you had a previous message from somewhere in the usa.'

anyways - for the record - herod the great's tomb has been discovered.  just an interesting tidbit from mesopotamia.  or somewhere's around there.  out in the judean desert to be more exact.  suppose mesopotamia is referring to the area about iraq. anyways - they found that he truly had rebuilt jerusalem and also other cities around there.

also, the palace of king david was located recently in jerusalem.  before that - some scholars would say he was a wandering nomad and didn't have much of a following.

Unfortunately, Indiana is a state in the united states of America.
https://www.in.gov/apps/ingisi/mapOfIndiana/map.jsp?currentPage=gotoIndex

(The state which has Indianapolis.)  Just south of Michigan.

btw, good luck attempting to find any of the pictured people on that forum.  it's a set-up- i tell you.  even berezevsky has a stand-in on that one.  it's some kind of vicarious identity-theft scheme.  las vegas has look alikes too.

and one last note.  do not think they are up to any good.  community?  it's every man for himself.  and i mean that literally - as if there were women on there - it would be like living on mars.

hinton, i don't need professional help, i was JOKING. yes, read my lips, J-O-K-I-N-G. Look it up in the dictionary, you may find it means something along the lines of when some one is not being serious. DUH any how, what eva you say R n B, and you don't know my personality, it's sarcastic and rude most of the time. so bye.

I knew that - and I was joking also. I don't need a dictionary to ascertain the definition of that word. That said, it remains hard to read your lips if I can't see them...

DUH any how, what eva you say R n B, and you don't know my personality, it's sarcastic and rude most of the time. so bye.
Phrased as you have here, this could actually be taken to read that either RnB's personality or yours is "sarcastic and rude most of the time"; I'm pretty certain that I know what you mean, but that fact makes it no less ambiguous...

Your opinion of the way I or anyone else might read your statement is your prerogative, just as it is each reader's prerogative to interpret it in either one of the two ways I mentioned. My eyesight is not that great, as it happens, but it is certainly not deteriorating, thanks.

Either rebby's aim was so wide of the mark on each occasion that no such nuts even came within eyeshot of this "Mr. Hinton" (for all that his eyesight is not the world's best) or some other "Mr. Hinton" must have been involved.

Or you, it would seem; what matters, however, is whether and how often people have anything to say that's worth saying. However, since no nuts have come my way from rebby, the matter would appear to be at best academic.

Quite - but needing a dictionary and being able to get the best use out of one are not necessarily the same thing (as I seem to recall having observed to "shortyshort" a while ago).

Your kindness and generosity of spirit evidently knows no bounds; I think, however, that you created that thread for your own amusement or other needs rather than for anyone else's possible benefit.

but for gods, the devils, mine and every one elses sakes, please not on any others, just ZIP IT !?!?!?!?!
Do be careful in invoking God here; you could just be offering an unwitting invitation to pianistimo to submit yet another of her Biblical essays.

Anyway, zipping nuts is no easy task - especially if one still awaits their arrival. If you happen to be an expert in zipping, you might like to commence putting it to good use by editing those posts where you have created vast empty spaces (no, don't tempt me to finish that sentence)...

Given the silence of more than 24 hours, it seems either that she will not or that it will take her more than that amount of time to arrive at decision (or maybe the dictionaryless lass doesn't revognise the term, assuming the term to which you refer to be spelt "freind")...

... nice.

p.s.  Anyone in Melbourne?

hehehe... school concert in Hamer Hall on Tuesday - I wonder how much they spent?  Anyway, picture 200 or so odd year 7s and a senior choir singing excerpts from the Lion King.

rc - that was an interesting dream you had with alfred brendel.  interesting - the idea of playing on a shelf.  did you ever have the dream analyzed?

Thanks.  Here's my analysis:

The shelf means I work a lot.  It was a pony-wall, I wrote shelf because people might now know what pony-wall means.  They're a particularly common challenge to make flat.

Alfred Brendel telling me to practice means...  I don't practice enough ;D  We were playing Liszt because I recently had got a disk of Brendel playing Liszt, out of curiousity because I'm not too familiar with his music.

It was at a party because my friends are always partying in their spare time and I miss having a social life.  While they all went upstairs I stayed behind to practice alone.

The dinosaurs came through because dinosaurs are still cool and it turned the dream into an action packed adventure!
