need help name or composer of this piece

Hello, I am new in this forum. I have been visiting for a couple of months now and I think it's the best forum on the net, esp. for piano.

would someone please listen the mp3 of this short clip and tell me what the name of the piece is. Thank you so much!

That is the Overture from "The Barber of Seville" by Gioachino Rossini.
