rachmaninoff third concerto movement 2
on: April 20, 2007, 11:57:36 PM
I LOVE this movement. It might be my favorite rachmaninoff. I find it kind of wierd because its just an intermission between the two big movements but it's so beautiful.

Any thoughts on this gorgeus (SP?) movement?

I don't see it as an "intermission between the two big movements", it is one of the most beautiful movements in all piano concertos.

Although the first movement is twice as long, and I think also one of the most brilliant concerto movements ever written.
