Schubert transcriptions
on: May 08, 2007, 03:14:30 AM
Looking for any transcriptions of Schubert Lieder, esp. Tausig, which I've never seen or heard.  I have several of the Liszt in real books already, and I think the Godowsky is copyright?  But if not Godowsky certainly welcome, and if any others I havent mentioned I woulod love to learn about them.
Many Thanks
Walter Ramsey

I am not aware of any Tausig. Whilst he did some Schubert transcriptions, to my knowledge their were no leider.

Regretfully, Godowsky is copyrighted, so i will have a search and see what i can come up with for you.

Here is a batch of Schubert.

Not sure if they are all Lieder, as i put it together rather quickly.

Apologies for any duplications as i tend to file transcriptions under composer and transcriber.

No Liszt as you already have them.

Here some from Heller.  I believe they are all lieder but I'm not possitive.
