I know one person that charges 200 USD. He is very experienced, though. Is this your first time?

$100 USD for a service was standard when I lived in Virginia.
There is an organist guild that has a fee schedule, I think it is $140 per service but you'd have to look it up.
Get the money up front. At the latest, before the wedding starts. And make sure you explain that first. Don't be embarassed to talk about money, if you're good enough to play you're good enough to get paid.
