looking for a guitar teacher!!

hello,
someone told me that i can get the help i need in this forum.
iam learning to play guitar and iam not very satisfied with the progress i made so far. so I am looking for a new teacher, can anybody help me ?!
i want someone who knows how to teach me good techniques and not just the theory, and the style iam looking for is gipsy or flamenco (like paco de lucia...
