I think it's right relative pitch wise, I don't know about the key.  A minor makes sense, *shrug*.

Yes, I instantly recognised it. It's from the movie 'The Terminator' (the original). There is a scene where Arnie (who plays the part of the Terminator) is indiscriminately firing round after round from his UZI 9mm and killing innocent bystanders in his effort to terminate Sarah Connor. That music is playing in the background.
