I just posted my 1st recorded attempt up at chopin's nocturne op 9 no 1....yes its not nearly finished at all i know because that is all i have learnt so far.
I have been playin piano for about 7-8 months teaching myself...just wanted any general comments/criticism. I think it sounds ok so far but needs work.
I have another vid of moonlight sonata 1st movement but thats too big to upload lol.

As you know there are a lot of problems with this....but that is to be expected with someone still learning so work them out...but the one thing I will say is LOVE the music. Stop focusing on your hands. Close your eyes hear the music and feel it. The notes in the music can only take you so far before you have to let raw emotion take control.
