Lyapunov seems to be a very good composer. Recently I discovered the etudes d'exécution transcendante and those are truly beautiful. Can anyone recommend me other compositions to listen/practice?

The works for piano/orchestra are very good pieces to listen to as well, especially the 2nd concerto.

The Variations on a Georgian Theme, and Variations on a Russian Theme are both good fun, if not particularly profound.

Rhapsody on Ukranian Themes Op.28 for Piano & Orchestra is a lovely piece, colorful orchestration, memorable melodies :)
