I had a stupid dream
on: June 26, 2007, 10:19:05 AM
My dream is a sign.

I dreamt that I just got married and my husband and I were fighting about who's piano to bring into our new house. How corny.

Yes - two pianists in one house - that's too much!  ;D
If it doesn't work - try something different!

Doh, you need two pianos.... don't marry a man that can't afford a big enough house ;)

if you have the dream again - suggest that one piano gets sold and you buy a digital.  then, you can argue in the dream when he wants to sell yours.  as it is now -i have an acoustic AND a digital.  it comes in handy to have one and the other because #1 you can take it places (i have a rolling case - like luggage) #2 you can use earphones at night  #3 when one of you is practicing - the other one HAS to use earphones if they are practicing, too.  unless...unless you get a soundproof practice room with doors.  mine is missing the doors right now.

Haha! Your reply is hilarious! I don't like digital pianos and besides, I can't control my dream.

If I have two pianos it would be really noisy... Yeah I so agree... Don't marry a man that can't afford a big enough house...

lol, I had a stupid dream recently, too. I was in a supermarket being chased by an avacado.

I'm not sure I want that dream analyzed. :P

Reminds me of a film by Woody Allen - I'm not sure, could be "Sleeper"?

Better then to be chased by a tomato.

What about being chased by a husband-to-be driving a Bösendorfer 290 blue sports piano?

No - get a spouse who can afford the big house and the two concert grands (or try to be able to afford at least part of that yourself, either instead or as well).

Can you imagine what it would be like with two composers? Not so noisy, of course, but who'd want to witness domestic arguments that might end in each party tearing up the other's ms. paper?...

Best,

Last night I had a very random dream where I went to New York to go to a High School Reunion convention and I got lost in the large convention space and ended up getting chased by police because I was naked and couldn't find my clothes, but I was then rescued by a guy who was cute at first but then wanted to do sexual experiments on me (the bad kind) so I opted to instead go back to my math class which I had been avoiding?  But alas!  When we started to do some nostalgic cyphering (rapid equations for those who weren't/aren't on the math team) I had forgotten all my formulai!  I could not solve for the secent in some triangle/circle trig geometry problem, so I was kicked out :-\

ok since this thread is being brought up, over the past few weeks i dreamt about my aunt and dad dying, about how i accidentally ran off a cliff, about laughing and I woke up laughing, and in another dream I met a guy and it happened to be during ww2 then suddenly a buncha japs burst into the room and shot us.
