Cold. Hard. Mind-bending stress. I find that Nyquil in large quantities does the trick. You?

Sometimes I just lose it for a bit and go on a rampage.
Doesn't really solve anything, there might be a better way. Those stress balls are a joke

you're not using them right. you have to get the chi ones that make little ringing sounds. you shake them near your ear. it's a combination of balance and ringing out the bad vibes out of your head. i think they're great. the even weights make them seem like you are balancing yourself. although, prayer is a better mental balancer, imo.
of course, one could always go take a nap as well.
