those are my sons hours. i try to make it to bed before 10:00pm and earlier if tired. but, lately, i've been waking up again in the middle of the night. so, then i get up at 6:00 am - do something (dishes/laundry whatever) and then, go back to sleep for an hour or two. i would like to have a regular cycle again. how to do this? my aunt suggested hrt (hormone replacement therapy). that sounds 'old' to me. i think i'll suffer.
