For nude paintings i always, ALWAYS see naked women but not naked mens' sex organs.

Historically it would've been the men who had control of the money to buy pictures, so an artist who wanted to sell his work had to appeal to the men, not the ladies... Less so in recent times of course.

There *are* paintings that exist that have naked mens' sex organs in them. Although, there are probably less of them too.
