three dimension tea breads
on: July 10, 2007, 11:05:21 PM
have you ever thought of combining zucchini bread with lemon bread and poppy seed breat (whew - almost said 'poopy.'  not sure lau would like that).

here's the recipe:

4 C all-purpose flour
1 1/2 C sugar
1 package lemon pudding mix
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 1/4 C milk
1 C veg oil
3 T lemon juice
2 C shredded zucchini
1/4 C poppy seeds

do the usual and bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes.  not sure how it tastes.  i haven't tried it yet.

You know, my arithmetic may not be my strongest point, but when I attempt to add up the sheer amount of time you spend on cooking, raising children (who aren't self-raising, like that flour above, as you may have noticed), playing the piano, shopping and, above all, posting on here (10351 at last count - and that's spread over less than two years, averaging out at 14.808 per day - and I never even mentioned pole dancing), I am left in jaw-dropped amazement that you've ever managed to find time to read the Bible or attend church...

Anyway, I'm sure that your 3-D results were delightful!

Best,

Alistair
