Improv for Mayla
on: July 18, 2007, 07:42:34 PM
Wandering somewhat aimlessly on a theme somewhat based on Tori Amos' song 'Velvet Revolution'.

Funny thing is, I did something inspired before I hit record, and then I spent the next while coming up with this, it appears I need to get used to recording, I can't put my mind on the music.

Bad sound, and uninspired, but I can't do better until I learn to 'switch off' when the mic is switched on  :P

Why do people use 3rd party websites to post mp3's when you can upload them directly to this site?  When you go to download mp3's from places like sendspace, rapidshare, etc, they make "free" users wait a minute or two before they allow you to download, and after several downloads, the site says "bandwidth exceeded" and won't let you download the file.

I rarely download pieces from 3rd party sites like this as a result...

Can you post that again, opus? I haven't had the opportunity to listen because I was travelling. And I'm quite curious :P
