Book Binders

Hey,
This may seem somewhat of an odd question, but are there any online book binding services that you know of which accept reasonable prices. I say this as I am interested in getting a copy of Chang's FOPP printed as I can't stand reading long things such as that on a computer moniter, and I would also have a hard copy to reference to etc. Online is preferable as I do not wish to print off the 380 odd pages myself first, maybe I could e-mail the PDF?
I am interested but only if it is a price around what you would pay if he was selling a bound version himself off his site.
So yeah I am not sure if any such thing exists, I have tried google but I havn't come accross anything yet they all seem rather expensive and ambiuously priced, I will keep trying though and update here if I find anything for others to use in the future.
Thanks in advance.

Yeah I am in the UK,
I have found this one online:

https://www.lulu.com/uk

Will be about £7, I don't know if this includes p+p, but it seems a deacent and thorough service.

Ahh. It won't let me progress as "the fonts are not embedded" I have looked around in Acrobat but can't seem to be able to do this. (maybe becuase I only have trial version)

Does anybody have a copy of the PDF with the fonts embedded, if so could you pm me?

Thanks.

Update: Chang has informed me he is updating his PDF version in a month or so's time with all the necessary revisions etc. So I will wait untill then.
