How do you like to be kissed?

I have recently had my make-out abilities called into question :O

I apparently kiss too sloppily, or as he put it "kiss like an animal".  I thought that would be a compliment, but I guess not everyone likes it like that.  So, how do you prefer to be kissed?

    Prefer a glass of orange juice over a wet kiss anyday, un-less the lady is super hot.

I am a guy- I like it gentle and tender at first, but elevating to "tonguing" as it intensifies.

My girlfriend kisses like a vacuum cleaner. Not very pleasant.

Mind you, she looks like one as well and her beard makes me itch.

I don't mind the odd game of tonsil tennis, but I prefer the tender approach really.

kisses are like moods.  you don't want to be kissed the same way every single time, do you?  i like the unexpected.  personally, i prefer for my hubby to start with the inside of my wrists.  for some reason it is very sensitive.  and, perhaps a subliminal appreciation on his part for my piano playing.  (of course, he wouldn't know that).

Like pianistimo says, the mood calls for a different technique.

Just as in love-making, a Chopin nocturne would be inappropriate when a Liszt etude is called for , and vice versa.

An agile tongue also helps, I eat yoghurts without a spoon

I recommend, for those outside the bonds of marriage, a clean, short, decent kiss, like the kiss from a father to a daughter or a mother to her son.  No tongue, no slop, no consuming of the other's face.

I dont want to have a tongue lashing around in my mouth like a fish out of water, nor to I want someones teeth knocking against my own.
Passionate, beautiful, soft kissing with lips a little tongue, its a tough one.
Most women ive kissed were aweful kissers by my defenition.

i think kisses should match feelings.  they can't all be the same - but the ones i most remember are not the ones that miss the center of the mouth.  you can suck on the side of someone's mouth - but it's kind of odd feeling.  like a vaccum is stuck on the side.

well, i am a married woman - but i thought gilad and myself had more in common.  soliloquy's mate was complaining of sloppy wet ones.  are you saying 'opposites' attract?  you're probably right.  my husband is mostly the wet kisser and i am the dry kisser.  i rarely attempt to slobber on his face - but he has nice lips so i let the slobber go by. and, he doesn't slobber excessively.  i mean - he doesn't start drooling before he kisses me.

women are never totally innocent.  i thought you knew that.  but, the thing is that kissing is actually like horse whispering.  if you are good at it - the women or man doesn't know what's going on.  that you are sort of whipping them into good performances.
