I am visiting my German relitives but they live in France, (Lorraine), right on the border.
It's cheaper to live in France than Germany.

Tomorrow I am going home. I always hate leaving my family that live here, as I always have so much fun trying to learn German from them, and teaching them English  ;D

And, I may not see them again for a few years.  :'(

Every time I come here, there are more of them.  :o

Today we went into Germany to see where they used to live. It was sad to see their old house that I have visited for the last 30 years.  :'(

Ah, but which direction do you predict the border will move?

There is after all precedent for either choice.

There is after all precedent for either choice.

The border for most European countries has moved about as far west as Newquay.

I wish it would move about another 100 miles further west, so the illegal immigrants would be deposited in the Atlantic.

When Practice Stagnates – Breaking the Performance Ceiling: Robotic Training for Pianists

“Practice makes perfect” is a common mantra for any pianist, but we all know it’s an oversimplification. While practice often leads to improvement, true perfection is elusive. But according to recent research, a robotic exoskeleton hand could help pianists improve their speed of performing difficult pianistic patterns, by overcoming the well-known “ceiling effect”.
