"Oriental Flavoring"
on: July 30, 2007, 05:35:28 PM
The Asian Bug has caught me this week. I'm composing a set of simple piano pieces with a little Asian spice added. Hope you enjoy this first one I just finished.
Best, John

very cool! beautiful. serene. and i liked the 'gong' or whatever at that one point. you are very creative. almost like one is hearing traditional instruments or something. they way you play the notes and the pairing of them.

Thanks Pianistimo! My publisher wanted something more authentic than "Oriental Flavoring" - so I composed this today:
"Asian Butterfly"
