organization tips

drop-in silverware drawers.  instead of meticulously putting away knifes, forks, and spoons - this is the drawer for chefs.  you just drop a bunch in each compartment in a deep bottom drawer.  the only thing is - you have to bend over further to reach this drawer - as top drawers are usually shallower in depth.  anyways - there must be something at the bottom of this drop in drawer to keep the silverware from scratching itself?  foam or something?

just an idea.

any more organization ideas?
