richter vs rachmaninov moonlight
on: August 02, 2007, 09:21:17 AM
ok. per the complaint about xm radio not mentioning the performer's names and then getting marik all mad at me for spreading lies about richter playing the moonlight sonata - when he never touched a finger to it (supposedly) - i have recinded my statement that i heard richter and believe that perhaps it was rachmaninov. i just listened to the recording and am now terribly confused. how could my mind play tricks on me like this? must have been rach.
i know for a fact, it wasn't glen gould. he plays it rather fast.
are you happy, marik? and just don't say anything, thal.
