Wanna sell me Sandor's "On Playing Piano"??

I have read reference to Mr Sandor's book "On Playing Piano" on this forum and wonder if anyone no longer wants their copy??

I have seen a 2nd-hand copy for $24 elsewhere. Anyone prepared to beat that??
