My current repetoire consists of:

Bach English Suite #2
Beethoven Concerto 3
Beethoven Waldstein sonata
Brahms Intermezzo 118 no6

In a summer program some teachers suggested I pick up another piece -- 20th century, like  Rachmaninoff or Prokofiev -- to expand my repetoire. (Preferably, a shorter piece, such as a Rachmaninoff Prelude) Anyone??

Wow...at that level, you can play any Rachmaninov prelude you want to play.
For Prokofiev, I would recommend Suggestion Diabolique from Four Piano Pieces op.4

Also, do check out Prokofiev's sonatas, although they are longer works.
Check out Prokofiev's Vision Fugitives, you should be able to learn all of them within a week or two.

You can also try out Scriabin, such as his preludes, op.11 and op.74, shouldn't be too hard for you too. You can try his Poemes op.32 no. 1 and 2. You can even try Vers la flamme!
Bach - Partita No.2
Scriabin - Etude 8/12
Debussy - L'isle Joyeuse
Liszt - Un Sospiro

Goal:
Prokofiev - Toccata

Some suggestions

Ginastera: American Preludes (pick a few)

Turina: Danses Gitanes or Danzas fantásticas (pick a few within the suites)

Messiaen: Preludes, or maybe one of the shorter Vingt regards sur l'enfant Jésus

Medtner: Fairy tales (many to choose from)

Scriabin: Preludes, Poemes, maybe some of the earlier pieces

Kapustin: Lots to choose from, but challenging though.

Ligeti - have you heard the etudes?

Josef Suk: Things Lived and Dreamt, Op. 30 (pick a movement)

Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

And just because I think this piece is underplayed (and because I really like it), you might consider Anton Webern's op. 27 "Variationen für Klavier". It's short (it's Webern!) and it's not too difficult.

Prokofiev's scherzo and march from 'the love of three oranges' is short and sweet. The sheet music is at sheetmusicarchive.net, and there is a video of Gilels doing it on youtube.
