getting the 4th and 5th finger to loosing up?

What should I do to get relaxtion?
I really want to be able to trill ,cleanly and at a fluently rate

That's a tough one... I was able to just do it. 3-5 is easier, if that's a plausible alternative for whatever it is you're doing. I usually use my wrist when I trill too.. Although it's a little different for a 4-5. You could do the mozart trill exercise and alter the finger numbers maybe...
