why do you keep making these food threads. just put it in that one that covers all food recipes..

randomly, i have a feeling that a lot of those quick breads made to look like loaves are healthly for you..it's just as good for you as cake. my cousin called the zuchinni bread healthy.

i was proud of my creation last night.  especially since the center didn't end up mushy as it can when too much liquid is in the batter.  i used a fresh peach (not canned) and peeled it so there wouldn't be peel in the bread.

yes.  i think zucchini bread is healthy, too.  zucchini is green and green things are healthy.  (if you don't put in too much sugar.  you can add a banana and eliminate some of the sugar and or use honey).

but there is only like 1 to 2 cups of zuchinni in a loave and the rest is usually a bunch of fat, sugar, and white flour. maybe you use some sort of different recipe.

that's why i suggest to substitute a banana for some of the sugar.  well, loaves are a bunch of trouble anyways.  for one thing - unless your oven is spot on - you can have a half-baked loaf.  thankfully, the oven we have here is 100 times better than our old one.
