You need to have a rec in mp3 format. (record with audacity or other recording proggies,  minidisc, mp3 recorder or audio interface) if you have got this, you click on "new topic", choose a nice title for your file, write something interesting about it, then click on "additional options" "search" for the file(s) on your computer (probably you have more than one so you might choose "more attachments") and hit "post" voila, off goes the "song" :)

hope this helps

Make sure you put your name in the file name.  8)

I think of it this way.  Say you walking down the street and you saw a moustache.  You might be thinking, Hey! That's Tom's 'stache!  No, wait.  Maybe it's Burt's?  You can avoid that confusion by putting your name on your 'stache.  I, for instance, have my name laser inscribed on several optional moustache and moustache accessories.  That way everybody knows there mine.  Like they couldn't tell anyway!  :P
I highly recommend that everyone at least tries growing a moustache.  It will do wonders for your piano playing.
