Piece at the beginning of Michelangelis documentary
on: September 10, 2007, 12:27:23 PM
At the beginning of the well-known documentary of Michelangeli (where he plays the Ravel G Major Concerto) he plays some interesting piece, someone knows what it is?

Thank you  :)

I looked on youtube and could not find the documentary.  Perhaps you can provide a link?

I have seen this documentary and I think, if I remember correctly, he plays part of the Bach-Busoni Chaconne in D minor.

Thank you very much!  :)

If its legal i may upload it, because its not on youtube. On youtube you only find the concert itself, but not the (indeed very short) documentary.
