Women and the Chopin Competition: Breaking Barriers in Classical Music

The piano, a sleek monument of polished wood and ivory keys, holds a curious, often paradoxical, position in music history, especially for women. Didone Abbandonata, Clementi Sonata Op. 50 #3
on: September 13, 2007, 04:06:18 PM
I hope I got this right.   I think I am just about to get in a Clementi mood (I know, I know) and couldn't find a public domain copy of Clementi's sonata in G Minor so called Dido Forsaken.  I think it is 50.3.

Thanks.
Money does not make happiness, but it can buy you a piano.  :)

About to get into Clementi mood, I am always in Clementi mood.

Mozart can go hang himself (a little late for this suggestion), this is quality sonata.
