I have no clue what it is but somehow this theme looks like the main theme of Schumann's "Kinderszenen" Though, I know for sure that this is not a piece of "Kinderszenen".

That's what I thought it looked like too,, but when that didn't work I figured I'd ask here. Someone else here said "some awful song by clementi titled 'clapper rail.' Not sure about that reply, but I'm off to check it out.Interesting article though. Thank you.
