Wearing a fake bomb to the airport...
on: September 21, 2007, 05:50:11 PM
A student at MIT was arrested today for wearing a fake bomb at Logan International Airport.   I guess she wanted her 15 minutes of fame - boy, did she ever get it.

Look at it this way:  You go to the Airport to meet your friend Jack and upon seeing him cry out: *Hi Jack*  -  what do you expect the response to be from the authorities tasked with protecting the citizenry?

They can have brains to get into MIT but have absolutely no common sense!!!!!!!  Sadly, with this kind of prank she has blacklisted herself from any future gainful employment within the technology industry.  No company with credentials and contacts throughout the business world would want to have her on their payrolls.

Plus, she'll be on Bush's "suspected terrorist" list for the rest of her natural or unnatural life.  Air travel will be almost impossible, IRS audits a certainty, and God-knows-what-else!

Poor thing.  She's really botched up her life for good, I'm afraid.
Current repertoire:  "Come to Jesus" (in whole-notes)

Hi cmg,

Yeah man,  too bad her parents didn't get the chance to teach her *right from wrong*.

Next thing we'll hear is her *youthful indiscretion* defense during the upcoming court proceedings.

Ta-ta,
