Friedrich Gulda did "Giunse fin al momento", I heard it on a recording,
I suppose you'd have to transribe it by hearing - or just play it yourself,
it's not that difficult to play the singing line of that one as well.

Loads of opera and aria transcriptions, but i am not sure about lieder.
