This piece is actually from the original Romeo and Juliet movie.
Apparently the most famous "romantic song."
It is very beautiful piece... erm, song I guess. I can see how people can see it like any other song.
However, this particular song/piece is very special to me. A few years ago, my grandmother on my father's passed away almost unexpectedly. My grandfather loved her very, very much and hasn't been quite the same since. I was asked to play at her funeral, and I was asked to play the middle part of the Fantaisie-Impromptu (because of the "Always watching rainbows" song of whatever it inspired) and then this, "What is a youth?" specially for my grandfather.
But yeah. BTW, this is very, very different from the japanese music scene right now IMHO.
