on: October 22, 2007, 07:12:52 PM
I need help for my repertoire. I need about 10 pieces total - but not whole pieces - movements of one piece will be just fine. So far i have:
Debussy: Claire de lune
Chopin: Fantasie - Impromptu
Nobuo Uematsu - To Zanarkand
Lord of the rings soundtrack: May it Be
Beethoven - Fur elise (i can play pathetique and appassionata but i just cba to play them so don't say them plz plz plz)
Disney's pocahontas: Colours of the wind
Mozart: Minuet in G??
Mozart: Piano sonata in D major for 4 hands (great fun with the semiquavers)  ;D
ooooh and Scott Joplin's very famous entertainer!!

Any suggetions??  ???

alright if you want to add pieces to your rep you should add, what is your intention, what do you want to do with it?
:
Bach prelude and fugue
you really should have a sonata by Beethoven, Mozart or Haydn
and add a 20th Centuary piece
J.S Bach Italian Concerto,Beethoven Sonata op.2 no.2,Mozart Sonatas K.330&333,Chopin Scherzo no.2,Etude op.10 no.12&Fantasie Impromptu

For us musicians, the music of Beethoven is the pillar of fire and cloud of mist which guided the Israelites through the desert.  (Roughly quoted, Franz Liszt.)
