more Scarlatti

Bernhard you are so generous with your time and knowledge and I worry about asking for more help. I have to return all the Scarlatti books to the Library and haven't had enough time to look through all of them. I love the slow delicate sonatas and I am hoping you can suggest a few more.  I have had so much pleasure playing Scarlatti. Thank you.

Have a look on this thread:

I recently added forty more suggestions there. If you have already seen it, and want more, let me know and I will add more.

Best wishes,
Bernhard.

Yes please Bernhard, I would love some other suggestions.  I have printed out all your lists and have managed to get a lot of the music you suggest.
Have you heard of Ross Edwards an Australian composer? He hasn't written much for piano but the five little pieces are interesting. Gamelan sounds.  I would be happy to send these to you as I have two copies. Thank you for everything.  I keep getting amazed at your knowledge and how willing you are to share this with everyone.  Thank you very much

Hi, Kerry.

Thanks for your kind words.

Yes Scarlatti is amazing. I cannot get enough of him myself. I have posted another 40 sonatas. Have a look:

At this pace, very soon all the 555 will be there! ;)

Best wishes,
Bernhard
