Fingers Exercises... fingers stuck between black keys

What do you guys suggest if my fingers are stuck between the black keys and I can't get it to have enough speed to move them around? Are there are finger exercises?

Move your hand down the keyboard, dont try playing above the keyboard when playing black notes, and practice playing scales?
