I don't find hard to understand or get along with girls at all.
The point is that there are many boys/men I understand well and I get along well with (cause we have the same mind) and boys/men I don't understand at all and don't get along well with (cause we have different minds) and likewise there are girls/women I understand well and I get along well with (cause we have the same mind) and girls/women I don't understand at all and I get along we with (cause we have different minds)

Think about politics for example. It's not like female have a certain political mentality and males another one. Males and females with the same political ideologies will understand each other pretty well while males and males with different political ideologies won't understand each other at all.

It's not the gender that makes us similar or different in our mindset, worldview and reasoning but the things that unite or divide us.

So when you ask what if girls had the mind of a guy I have to ask what you mean?
The same mind in relation to what?
Does a girl from France have the same mind of a girl from America?
And if a girl from America is obsessed with fashion, clothes and make-up but a girl from Nicaragua isn't, shouldn't this suggest that whatever behavior we seem more often in a certain gender depends on how each society create roles for its members that they take up almost subconsciously?
Besides, the way you're treated is the way you'll develop. So if you're treated like an idiot and are curtailed the freedom to show otherwise (being denied material, instruction, freedom to choose your life circumstance) you'll grow up to conform to that.
Everything about certain common behaviors in girls depend on the way society has been treating them before and after their emancipation, and it's not wonder that now that they're getting more and more rights they're showing way and way more characteristics and different attitudes, that being said so many girls and women still don't conform to any kind of stereotype about them so clearly they have bypassed whatever social conditioning.

Girls already have the same mind of guys, the differences we see on a case by case basis are on social, cultural and individual levels; so that I can find many girls who reason exactly like me and guys who are completely the opposite of who I am.

Our differences are what attracts us to each other. If you want to look at in black & white terms (as you so often do), men are dogs and women are cats. Or in sexual terms, men are tops and women are bottoms. You can't have two bottoms or two tops.

If all girls had the mind of one guy, "it" would be pretty bizarre, one may imagine. But which guy? And who chooses who he shall be and why? And what is meant by "it" here? And would such an event make the said "it" "better" than what?
