Question to Moderators about Handel numbering
on: November 24, 2007, 06:53:58 PM
Hello, dear homepage makers :-),
I wonder how you number the Handel.
Do you have information about how the "G"
goes together with the "HWV", the handel work list?
Do you know what e.g. G17 would be in HWV?

Regards,

We have no lists or similar resources for translating G to HWV numbers but I did some research which revealed that the  Fugue in A-minor (G 17) has HWV 609.

What research did you do? I would be interested in all of the new handel pieces but could do it myself.
