Any music school for adults?
on: April 13, 2004, 09:39:52 AM

 Hi,
This may be wrong section for that question, but I think teachers may know the answer :) I learned piano not in school. I took private courses and now I am adult :-/ I want to attend a music school to improve my music knowledge. Are there any adult school in any country of Europe? I could move there If exists ;)
Or, how could I search? I searched for a while from the internet, but most of them are for childs..

 Penelope.

The Ecole Normale de Musique Paris/France.  Though this is not really an adult music school there is no age limit for acceptance.  Check out there website.  If you are confident in your abilities(Exams are very hard) this might be a good place

exams are very hard ?? let me laugh- They basically take everybody. but if they think you are crap, they will place you in their amateur section. Anyway it s a very good school with excellent teachers so i would go there as well if i were you.

Thanks my friends,
I have too many time consuming responsibilities due to being adult:s Working(I am engineer indeed), dealing with my parents, taking my car to service..etc..etc.. I am too overloaded with my daily life:( I want to move another country for piano education, which I like more than being engineer although I am a successfull engineer.

Do you know What the education language of The Ecole Normale de Musique Paris/France is? And also I couldn't find its web site (by searchin google with its name):(
Could you give me the web, please?

Or Dou you know any other that kind of school in England or Poland(my dream country ;))?

Sincerely,
Penelope
